Anymore mining will leave little habitat left intact in Treaty #3 to exercise Treaty Rights. Climate change, flooding, winds, forestfires and heatwaves threaten us, animals + fish.
We can preserve the forest + waters now. Over centuries its value will be limitless for next gens.

I believe public schools should offer extra classes for languages. Self-guided learning empowers curious students. Remote classes could scale-up access to everyone.

I Stand with every woman and girl.
who has been abused.
Molested.
Violated.
Silenced.
Made to feel powerless in her own body.
Across every religion.
Every race.
Every culture.
Every country.
To every woman who was told to stay quiet.
To every girl who thought no one would believe her.
To every survivor whose name we know-and every one we never will.
I stand with you.
I believe you.
I am Jane Doe.

Our Sun continues to dazzle with an M6.7-flare from Region 4549! Radio operators are still feeling the effects from this R2-level radio blackout on the dayside of Earth. It also launched a solar storm. This is now the fourth big solar storm headed towards Earth. Expect more to come from this highly unstable region. It could continue firing like this until it disappears behind the west limb!

I was excited to join Westbrook School’s Read In Week and spend time with students through stories, songs, and the practice of oral tradition. It was wonderful to see young minds growing, sharing their ideas, and embracing the joy of learning together.
