Congratulations to our four newest @TempePolice recruits on graduating today from the @MesaPD Academy! This milestone reflects your hard work, dedication, and commitment to serving our community. We’re proud to welcome you to this next chapter and grateful to the families and loved ones who have supported you along the way. A special thank-you to my good friend, Mesa Police Chief Dan Butler, and his academy team for their partnership. My wife knows how meaningful my experience at @DardenExecEd - The Executive Program (TEP) was to me, so she surprised me with this jersey representing my class, TEP ’26. It’s a thoughtful reminder of a transformational chapter in my leadership journey. Darden challenged me to broaden my perspective, examine how I lead, and think more deeply about the impact I want to make. I’m grateful for the faculty who challenged us and the classmates whose experiences and friendship made the journey so meaningful. I left with renewed purpose and a deeper commitment to investing in others. Thank you to my wife for a gift that means so much. Proud to be a Darden alum! #UVADarden #TEP26 #LifelongLearning #Leadership

It was a privilege to celebrate the promotions of @TempePolice Sgt. Armenta, Sgt. Conklin, Sgt. Sheriff, and 911 Communications Supervisors Courtney Hubbard and Anna Nunez alongside their families. These moments recognize years of dedication and the encouragement, sacrifices, and love of those standing beside them. Sharing this milestone with their families made the celebration especially meaningful. Congratulations to each of you! I’m proud to serve alongside you and look forward to seeing you lead in your new roles. 💙
