Awareness, early detection and timely screening can make a vital difference, yet many women in rural communities have limited access to these services. World Mental Health Day is a reminder that healing starts early. 🌍 At Child Help Foundation's School Health Programme in Vikramgad, Palghar, children are learning something that many of us never got to hear growing up. That it is okay to feel scared. That it is okay to feel angry. That asking for help is not a weakness. Through awareness sessions and counselling, children are learning that their feelings are valid and that support is available. 💙 Growing up is hard. It gets harder when no one tells you that what you are feeling is normal.
