BREAKING: Texas Republicans announce they will “Pass on Paxton”:
“I truly believe that he is the most corrupt politician Texas has ever seen.”
“To send Ken Paxton to the United States Senate is adding another gator to the swamp.”
“James Talarico is by far — without a doubt — the best person in the race for the US Senate.”

Simple truth:
The purpose of @bofrench’s campaign is success for the oil and gas industry.
The purpose of @Jon_RosenthalTX’s campaign is failure for the oil and gas industry.

James Talarico’s email address surfaced in a data breach from adult hookup site Fling.com.
The profile listed interests including “fetish” and “group sex.”
Talarico’s attorneys confirm the email was his but claim a hacker created the account.
EXCLUSIVE: JAMES TALARICO'S ATTORNEYS CONFIRM HIS EMAIL WAS USED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT ON ADULT HOOKUP SITE FLING.COM!
An email address Talarico's attorneys confirm belonged to and was used by the Texas Democrat Senate candidate appears in Fling.com's 2011 data breach — username "mohawk787," created December 26, 2010, just before Talarico started teaching sixth graders.
The profile's listed interests: "FETISH," "GROUPSEX," "SEXUAL RELATIONS," "ONLINE FLIRTING."
The record is marked "email_validated: Y" — meaning the address was verified rather than left at the default setting.
The same email appears in Myspace and Zynga breach records. The IP address used to create the Fling account also shows up on an online video game record tied to an email associated with Talarico's sister — a match the attorneys did not dispute.
Talarico's lawyers responded 35 minutes after Townhall reached out with a four-page letter claiming, without substantiation, that a hacker created the account using his email, and noting the birth date and ZIP code on the profile don't match his.

This would be the end of democracy in America
James Talarico wants to end the filibuster, is open to packing the Supreme Court, and backs a pathway to citizenship for millions. In his own words:
“We should abolish the filibuster in the U.S. Senate…”
“I’m open to a discussion about expanding the number of justices.”
“I think we should have a pathway for those folks to join us as full citizens.”
Talarico now calls himself a “border security Democrat.”
But while millions crossed the border under Biden, he voted against border security eight times.
Then in 2025, he voted no again.
End the filibuster. Pack the Supreme Court. Open the border. Citizenship for millions.
That’s what James Talarico will vote for in Washington.
Elon Musk is right. Election Day is Nov. 3. Go vote, Texas!
Republican Texas is finishing strong. Through noon, compared with Thursday: Ellis up 24%, Montgomery up 25%, Bell up 29%, McLennan up 29%. Out in Hockley County it was up 28% in the first three hours. Early voting ends tonight, so check your county's hours and go.

The key afternoon question: Does this lead persist, or are we seeing final-day front-loading?
These are actual reported check-ins, not projections. Turnout does not establish candidate preference.

Let me reiterate… Texas is the largest producer of oil and gas and the #2 economy in the U.S. so no we don’t want a socialist Democrat to ruin that.

Replying to @ChristianForTX @bofrench
Dems want to destroy our country. Do not let them.
Texas is the nation’s leading oil and gas producer, and giving a socialist Democrat the power to obstruct the industry that fuels our economy would be catastrophic.
Don’t overlook the down-ballot races. I’m proudly supporting @bofrench for Railroad Commissioner.
Time is running out. Get out and VOTE RED!

Yes, the cuts were real. And Gina Hinojosa defended them while taking the Defund the Police movement’s talking points.
Austin cut public safety, canceled cadet classes, and weakened APD at a critical moment.
Six years later, Austin is still dealing with the consequences.
Texas can’t afford to take that failed experiment statewide. @GregAbbott_TX

It was an honor to host @txrrc's @ChristianForTX to Ector County for our Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission Annual Meeting. His message on energy, rural Texans, & yes, data centers, were impactful for our 17 County Judges of the Permian to hear. Thank you, Commissioner!
I was honored to deliver remarks at the Permian Basin Regional Planning Commission’s Annual Meeting.
Amid the heated statewide and national races, it’s important to remember the tremendous impact of local leadership on the prosperity of our rural Texas communities.
These leaders are the unsung heroes of Texas, especially those working every day to steward the vital communities of the Permian Basin. Their leadership matters, and their impact reaches far beyond their own communities.

It’s not Democrats that will defeat Republicans. It’s Republicans who stay home and don’t vote that will turn Texas blue.

Clayton Tucker built his whole campaign around fearmongering about data centers threatening Texas farmland. But when he proposed putting windmills and solar panels on every Texas farm and ranch, that was just climate policy.
Texas should ask: Which is it?
When your signature advocacy until now was calling wind and solar the “cash crop” of the 21st century, Texans have every reason to question the sudden change in tune.
Clayton Tucker wants to require solar panels and windmills on every Texas farm. Now he says they’re destroying farmland.
He’s still harnessing the wind. Just depends which way it’s blowing.
