🦠🦵 COVID-19’s vascular shadow. A 34-year-old developed acute limb ischemia just 4 days post-diagnosis, with recurrent thrombosis despite embolectomies & anticoagulation, ultimately needing bypass. Prolonged hypercoagulability demands vigilance.
