Final thoughts: Sharks battled hard today. Really good 5 on 5 again for second game. But special teams is abysmal. It lost them the game. A lot of good a lot to work on. Smith has to exit puck better in d zone. Stenberg just unlucky. Most worried about Misa. Def hurt.
Misa is the most talented skater in the NHL. When his hands catch up which they are starting too league watch out. He’s going to be a stud. Great games from Pohlkamp and Dickinson. Handled real physicality perfect.
Do think we saw Stenberg best 5 on 5 game. And do think this team getting help with Wennberg back here soon. Loved Pohlkamp. Although smith had that rough first period 2nd and 3rd were okay and Celebrini had his best game. Was everywhere. Special teams tho. Can’t have 5 f
Misa hurt. Warso put him in box to serve penalty. Only justification can be if he is hurt. Especially since it’s 5 on 5.
Love how Ned protects Dickinson. Obviously sees Dickinson get fucked with for no reason and comes over to his support. Love it.
If sharks lose this game it’s bc of dumb timing penalties and awful special teams pk and pp. Marchment Trouba and Dellandrea with awful penalties.
Stenberg fumbled that 5 on 3. Wide open net and didn’t shoot. If you get mad at smith about it have to get mad at Stenberg. Both think through game so fast but sometimes have to make the easy play.
Hope people realize that Warso not getting fired unless we continue to lose for weeks, Macklin says so, Grier has a better option in line, or smth so egregious happens. Not even advocating to keep him or anything it’s just a fact.
