We speak of the Divine in every being. The depth of that belief is revealed in how we treat a person whose expression of life differs from our own. What meaning does reverence hold if we bow before the Creator, yet withhold dignity from another human being? No one should have to wait until their prayer meeting to be embraced in their entirety.
Thank you to the @KSF_IN and @TheLalitGroup for bringing us together in remembrance and solidarity. May Madhusudan find peace, his family find strength, and justice be served. Let our prayers also become a responsibility: to practise compassion while people are still here to receive it. No one should have to wait until their prayer meeting to be embraced in their entirety.
