Currently, the U.S. provides $3.8 billion a year to Israel with close to no strings attached.
President Biden has asked Congress for $14.3 billion more on top of that and to waive normal, already-limited oversight rules.
This blank check approach must end.

In a resolution supporting Israel and calling for local communities’ protection, Rep. Ivory proposed swapping "Muslim Americans" with “all Americans.”
Some Republicans pushed back, but in the vote on the amendment, others could be heard supporting it.sltrib.com/news/politics/202…
UMCL attended the hearing for this resolution last night. Our Muslim community is seeing the rise of hatred and feel Palestinian voices in Utah have been ignored. This bill does not acknowledge all parties affected. We appreciate these Democrats’ vote and their written statement.
