Can’t thank you enough @GaryBarlow for making this happen for Grace on the Isle of Man. You will never know how extra special this was for us. Forever grateful to still be here & make precious memories 🥰 it’s her dream to be a singer & sing with you one day!

My last journey to Plymouth was the last one I thought I’d ever make, but just look at where we are, the years behind us, we’ve come so far! Woohoo I made it to see you @takethat, @GaryBarlow @OfficialMarkO #survivor
Thank you @takethat for bringing This Life On Tour to the Westcountry! It’s emotional being back in Plymouth. You opened up my windows from Plymouth ICU back in 2022! Please help me tick another thing off my bucket list and follow me on here @GaryBarlow @OfficialMarkO 🤞xx

“Stand&embrace, light on your face”@GaryBarlow these lyrics have such a special meaning to me. Took this picture a year ago today, thinking it was the last time I’d see the light of day. Said goodbye to my family before an emergency procedure which also caused a stroke.#survivor
