38-year-old Aroldis Chapman is still throwing 100+.
Look at the difference.
This is what happens when a baseball player actually lifts with intent for years.
Strength isn’t optional anymore.
Here’s what I’d tell any pitcher or position player who wants to stay explosive longer
1. Train lower body hard (force production starts there)
2. Build rotational power, not just “core work”
3. Get strong in the upper back and shoulders
4. Progressive overload… stop being afraid of heavy weight
5. Keep doing it in-season at a smart dose

The trenches deserve some limelight as well & that's powered @CoachSibb to help grow Northwest Ohio's only 'Lineman Olympics'
Bryan and Fremont Ross (both new this year) joined SJJ & the host @CHS_EaglesFB for a fun and competitive afternoon!
