I slept on it, looked at the numbers again, and removed any bias I could have by just using case studies.
Historically, no other publicly traded company has rebounded from collapsing their debt-to-value ratio 567% without restructuring through the protections afforded by bankruptcy.
People think I, and several others are mad about AF1 going west. Truly I could care less, I will go wherever the coaster is to ride it, often. The destination itself is irrelevant.
We are all furious because they've failed to identify that MM is a dying park that just lost its prized attraction, and the time to sell the park and relocate rides that could enhance every single other park within your chain, is right now.
We know it's value. It's not a secret, do your own independent research if you're interested, but selling MM NOW would allow the company to add funds to its self insurance escrow in preparation of the lawsuits, move the rides of value to remaining parks, and throw around reduce overall debt by roughly 30 %.
The question is do you want to be greedy and see these parks shuttered, waiting for new investors to save them, or do you want to be reasonable and sell 1-2 that you'd rather wouldn't to save the other 12-14 parks?
Trust me, NOBODY is refinancing debt for a company with a 567% debt/value. It's simply never going to happen.
Important to remember...pigs get fed, hogs get slaughtered...
Don't be a f***ing hog.
If we maintain this plan and trajectory, they will literally be FORCED to file bankruptcy by the end of Q2 2027.
You heard it here first...with the explanation why.
Numbers are numbers folks, they've never lied, and they never will. – at Green Forest, AR
We need this liked and shared!!!
It's time for a change, again...
You can't operate a theme park chain if you don't understand the theme park industry. Period.
The decision to send Aerie Force One to Magic Mountain is so egregious that John Reilly must step down, immediately. – at Branson, MO
After playing over 100 courses across the country, and not picking up a club in a decade, think I might have found the course to bring me out of retirement.
Let me know if you're a golfer, enjoy a little poker, and love coasters in the comments below.
Buffalo Ridge...WOW. – at Hollister, MO
Beautiful place at nighttime.
Also, the Ozarks are an amazing place to drive, especially at night with very few people on the road, ESPECIALLY in my jacked WRX.
Its like the car was built specifically to take "s" turns at 60-70 mph...with confidence.
Well done, Subaru. – at Hollister, MO
I've had two older gentlemen kindly let me know that my 'ballcap was crooked'.
The only rap music I've heard in 4 days has only come from my speakers.
Um...guys, I think I MIGHT be the blackest resident of Branson.
Joking ofc, but also kinda being honest. – at Branson, MO
Well, round 2.
The role I was offered two months ago felt rushed. I wasn't prepared to leave PA yet. Always a good thing when they want you to read for other shows after failing to take advantage of their first offer.
Let's hope my dynamic range fits their needs. 🤣 – at Branson, MO
Looking at some 2-3 bedroom houses over the next few days before heading to Texas for a bit next week.
She asked, "are the extra bedrooms for the kids to visit?"
Me: um...if we get 3...cause the second bedroom is for @KBobTech...
Her: I like Tempura...
End conversation.
@KBobTech I think you're in lol – at Branson, MO
I am deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Rock N Roll legend, Donnie Iris.
In my 25 yrs involved in the music industry, either on stage, in studio, or casually backstage, I have only been starstruck a few times. One of those was Kid Cool himself, Donnie Iris.
His aura was undeniable. His talents endless, even in his advanced years, and his passion and appreciation for his dedicated fan base, never ending.
I was blessed to meet the man, that at one time as a child, I revered for his work with the Jaggerz. Listening to "The Rapper" on vinyl in my mom and dads room until he'd yell at me.
Donnie was Pittsburgh Rock.
Hell, Donnie was Rock, everywhere.
I truly hope they play the opening guitar riff for "Ah Leah" as you walk through those pearly gates, Don.
Absolute Legend.
We joked about you being so old, that at this point you might live forever. Thanks to your music, you already will.
Rest easy. – at Branson, MO
Goooood morning, Branson!
Out working a bit and learning some roads more intimately.
K-Dawg is scheduled to interview for a Nursing Supervisor position, possibly even for the DoN job at a local facility which had become available after she applied last Friday.

WE leave tonight.
I'll take, "shit you couldn't make up, even if you wanted to" for 1000, Alex.
Life is wild. 3 days ago I'd have given this a less than 0% chance of occurring.
Wanna hear the WILDEST thing that could EVER happen to me the day before I leave the state...
I'm going thru old stuff in boxes and I come across my ex's daughter's baby pictures, and several other photo albums of Kristin, my ex (and my admitted best friend, the from my own mouth) and J, her daughter.
These types of things are irreplaceable. Ex or not, you HAVE TO DO THE RIGHT THING...SO I DID.
I haven't seen her for roughly 12-18 months -ish.
Had no clue how this would go, assumed she was still with her daughter's father.
Turns out she is not.
Also, I got to see my other dog, who smothered me with love.
When people separate, pets so too, it's tough.
Then 45 min later, her daughter randomly shows up at her door and wanted to see if her mom wanted to have lunch together on their days off work.
Here I am face to face with the two women I want back in my life more than anything, and I'm supposed to be leaving tomorrow.
I pushed my chips all in and asked her to come with me.
I'm either the most hopeless romantic ever born, or I'm just a fucking idiot.
Either way, It oddly still feels right.
This one through me for an enormous loop.
Stya tuned...I never got a yes or no. – at Glassport, PA
Maybe I'm just old fashioned, but if one of the side effects of a particular medication includes 'anal seepage', it probably hasn't been perfected...don't call the marketing department quite yet 🤣 – at North Versailles, PA
