This proposal will require significant reduction of mercury, arsenic, bromide and other pollutants and EPA estimates these new standards will eliminate just over half a billion pounds of water pollution every year.

We need to know that the hazardous storage facility down the road has an emergency plan in case of extreme weather. That flood waters, bad enough as is, aren't carrying toxic waste.
