A @JHUBloombergCtr epidemiologist was in the @MDEnvironment parking lot, all ready. MDE had agreed to facilitate independent testing of ash from the BRESCO incinerator. But the day it was to happen, an upper-level MDE official abruptly canceled the plan. tinyurl.com/y63h24aj
