4 years ago, I made a medical semantic guessing game while learning ML @NMCardioVasc & @NorthwesternEng. It took me over a month and a lot of coding. I couldn’t maintain it during fellowship, so it died. I just remade it in Claude in 24h. Lmk what you think (link in replies)!

Clinicle now runs on SapBERT instead of text-embedding-3-small. General embeddings score by co-occurrence, so “hospital” beat actual differentials. SapBERT trains on UMLS synonym pairs, so proximity tracks clinical relatedness instead. This should improve the hot/cold signal!
