Apricot Brandy and Kessler ⛑️ MY FIRST HANGOVER and I was SICK AF When I was 16 we took a boat down the river in the Appalachian mountains in Harlan County Kentucky…. We were going to stop at a good looking place and catfish / camp on the river bank I started drinking Kessler and chasing it with Brandy , yeah that was a terrible ideal I was so damn drunk , so sick and hated that fact that I was so far away from any civilization LOL Next morning we were all sick , puking & still drunk. The guy in my boat , who I still don’t like to this day bc of this , would not help me do anything , .. stuck in the rapids , I had to get out and push , paddle , I had to paddle and anything else that was needed I thought about drowning him so many times , still to this day I don’t know how he’s still alive bc he has no ideal how close he was to a β€œterrible accident” … sometimes I still think β€œI should’ve just killed him” πŸ’€

HOW FAST things can go sideways IF THE POWER GOES OUT for a long period of time….. MINUTE 1: The power dies. Millions of homes go dark. Nobody panics. Yet. HOUR 3: Cell towers begin failing. Phones become useless . The rumors start but nobody knows what’s real and what’s just fear HOUR 12: Gas stations stop pumping. ATMs go offline. Card payments fail. People start getting a little paranoid but know they have food for a few days DAY 1: Grocery stores are swarmed. Shelves empty. Parking lots turn hostile. People start becoming really selfish quick DAY 2: Refrigerators are warming. Freezers are thawing. People are starting to wonder what’s really going on. People have become really selfish and only out for themselves / their families DAY 3: People are collecting fuel ⛽️, water and other supplies just in case it last longer People start wondering where they can find / how they can acquire supplies before others get them first DAY 4: Hospitals run through backup power and fuel reserves. Emergency services become overwhelmed. Families realize help might not be coming if you needed it Panic is starting to hit some way more than it’s hitting others . DAY 5: The first real fear sets in. Neighbors who barely spoke are now starting to talk , people are on edge . Every noise outside gets your attention. Now people are starting to do whatever they need to do when nobody is looking to get what they need , some people don’t care who sees . People are looting and nobody is trying to stop it at most locations WEEK 1: Fuel is disappearing. Supply trucks aren’t arriving. Clean water is a big worry. Medication is running low. The modern world is beginning to unravel at the edges. WEEK 2: The wealthy discover that they are not safe , those who have bunkers hit them , the ones that don’t become targets The powerful discover that authority don’t mean you have safety, food or water. Nobody is safe , anyone can be a target because everyone is iso the same basic things. Week 3 : Groups are formed, others are staying home just staying in their lane. People have already looted EVERYTHING from pharmacies to Walmarts and everything in between. Violence is now normal in a lot of areas, law enforcement is not a help, people are protecting their own homes / communities. People are starting to die from lack of medicine, going out alone or in groups to find items to survive with. People start fishing , hunting for food. Bartering becomes a thing , and people are having to sometimes do the unthinkable just to make sure who they are protecting stays safe. MONTH 1: Entire communities are improvising new ways to survive. Food, clean water, sanitation and medicine. Most places are lawless , not many cars on the roads , lots of people are really hungry , lacking clean water and zero sanitation. A lot of people has changed , became something they didn’t know existed inside of them. What happens after 30 days , imagine the walking dead without zombies
