We are saddened to hear the passing of legendary #HawaiiFB Coach June Jones today.
He is UH’s winningest head coach with 76 wins, the master in the Run and Shoot Offense and a great mentor and teacher of the game.
Coach Jones was 73 years old. Rest in Aloha.

Coach Jones, was the best coach I ever played for. Smart, down to earth, funny and gave a damn about his players. A great coach but even better man! Rest easy coach🤙🏾
Aloha @CoachJuneJones 🕊️🕊️

June Jones is a an absolute legend. I’m so grateful that I’ve been able to learn the best offense in the world from him and others that worked/played for him. My goal is to carry on his legacy by growing the Run N Shoot and giving it the recognition it deserves.

Rick Barnes said today he has an idea for the NCAA.
Clear all the fifth-year players looking for eligibility in the courts. Then take all the money that would've been spent on legal fees and give it to the Olympic sports that need it.
