Love this for my guy @CoachSterl
He’s a great coach, but an even better man! Never skipped a step, grinded, did the work, stayed loyal, and now he’s reaping the rewards!

Regional model is misguided to begin with, here are 3 regional hosts 2025 tournament:
Missouri S&T (Midwest)
-Rolla, MO
-Mileage to UF: 555
Daemen (East)
-Amherst, NY
-Milages to UF: 333
West Liberty (Atlantic)
-West Liberty, WV
-Mileage to UF: 208
UF is MW Region, longest trip!
Gotta love D2 Basketball Tournament Selection process @FindlayOilers MBKB ranked inside Top 20 nationally for most the year including final Poll, finishes the year 24-5 but can’t make the 64 team tournament field. It’s quite possibly the worst system in all of sports! @NCAADII

🚨2025 is right around the corner🚨
I am beginning to schedule sessions with teams and athletic departments for the 2025 calendar year.
I'd love to come work with your athletes and coaches on mental performance, leadership and flourishing cultures. Here's how I've helped athletes and coaches over the last few years.
- All athlete keynote speaking
- 2 and 4- hour development workshops
- Coaches Roundtable development sessions
Shoot me a message if you would like to explore what could work for your team, department, or staff.
Stay The Course

Luka's call to action: "When we treat young players like pros, we lose the friendship, growth, and fun that make sports special." Let’s bring joy back into the game.
Shocking to some, but all Coach McCollum does is win! Why it took so long for D1’s to hire him is unclear to many in the small college basketball community! Small school coaches can get it done at the highest level!
New Drake coach Ben McCollum just knocked off Miami with 4 guys starting that came with him from D-2 Northwest Missouri State - Bennett Stirtz, Isaiah Jackson, Mitch Mascari and Daniel Abreu.
Those 4 combined for 58 points in the 80-69 win. Drake controlled the tempo and didn’t allow Miami to get out in transition.
The Bulldogs are now 4-0 to start the McCollum Era.
