Tens of thousands of people just sang all at once during worship at Charlie Kirk's memorial.

Culture isn’t a one-time speech.
It’s not a sign on the wall.
It’s what you allow, what you emphasize, and what you live, every day.
Your team feels it.
Visitors sense it.
And it shows up in every practice, rep, and routine.

🚨Athletic directors, school boards, HR directors, and ISD budget directors:
‼️If your coaches are working in the summer for summer workouts, find a way to pay them! Even if it is just filling their gas tank each week, reward them for their time and dedication.
👉I have been places where we got $25 an hour, a place where we got $38 an hour, and places where we got nothing. We were going to work hard regardless. It sure improves morale to give them some cash.
