This is a fun combo for a sub 30 min neighborhood walk.
The sandbag moves to different positions including farmers carries, right shoulder, left shoulder, etc.
I don’t go far, typically more than one mile but less than two
Miles.

Man I was really hoping an Oregon loss would make me feel a little better after the terrible Huskies loss.
And you know what?
It did. It absolutely did.

In 2018, comedian Michelle Wolf hosted the White House Correspondents’ Dinner and was PANNED. Now, 8 years later, the joke’s on her haters: everything she said aged extraordinarily well 👍🏾
On Trump not showing up to the dinner: “I would drag him here myself, but it turns out that the president of the United States is the one pussy you’re not allowed to grab. He said it first. Yeah, he did. You remember? Good.”
On Trump’s daughter and senior adviser, Ivanka. “She was supposed to be an advocate for women, but it turns out she’s about as helpful to women as an empty box of tampons. She’s done nothing to satisfy women. So I guess, like father like daughter.”
On vice-president Mike Pence: “He thinks abortion is murder. Which first of all don’t knock it till you try it. And when you do try it, really knock it, you gotta get that baby out of there. And yeah, sure, you can groan all you want, I know a lot of you are very anti-abortion, you know, unless it’s the one you got for your secret mistress.”
On White House counsellor Kellyanne Conway: “You guys have to stop putting Kellyanne on your shows. All she does is lie. If you don’t give her a platform, she has nowhere to lie. If a tree falls in the woods, how do we get Kellyanne under that tree? I’m not suggesting she gets hurt. Just stuck. Stuck under a tree.”
On former press secretary Sarah Huckabee: “I actually really like Sarah. I think she’s very resourceful. But she burns facts and then she uses that ash to create a perfect smokey eye. Like maybe she’s born with it, maybe it’s lies. It’s probably lies.”
Immediately after the dinner, the White House Correspondents’ Association issued an apology — saying the night was supposed to “unite not divide” — and dozens of papers panned the comic in their reviews.
But dozens of comedians rushed to Wolf’s defense. Stephen Colbert, who was the featured entertainer at the 2006 event, said it best: “This is the correspondents' dinner, celebrating the freedom of speech. You can't just say whatever you want!" 😝
8 years later, Wolf has still never apologized. Nor should she! She got the last laugh 🎤 ⤵️

Mike Macdonald explains why not playing in the NFL actually helped him become a better coach, and says it forced him to lead with honesty instead of pretending he had all the answers
“Because it’s like, who am I going to kid here? I can’t do what you guys do. And so I think that’s where it starts. And then you’re a young coach, so it’s also an acknowledgement to say, ‘Hey, look, I feel very strongly about some things. There’s a lot of things I also acknowledge I don’t know yet because we haven’t experienced these things, and I don’t have the skins on the wall to say, “Look, I know what’s going on here.”’
“I believe I know what it takes, and I’m going to try to create a compelling vision that we want to create, and a pathway and principles that we can go by to get there. But if we really believe in this culture of growth and 12 is one, well, I’m in this thing and our coaches are in this thing with our players.
“There’s coaches in our league and coaches in history that, deservedly so, come in and say, ‘Hey, look, this is how we’re going to do business. Here’s your book. We’re going to go to page July, August, whatever, and this is what we do, this is how we do business, and this is what’s going to win.’ And it’s worked like that. But if I did that, that wouldn’t be authentic.
“So my thing is, ‘Hey, look, I’m learning with you guys in this journey.’ It’s more fun that way, and it takes the edge off. We’re going to give it everything we have because we decided we’re going to try to do it this way. If we don’t get the results we wanted, let’s go back and see what we can improve on process-wise to yield better results.
“And you just keep doing that. That’s an honest process. But you’ve got to keep it real with them. If we fall short, which we’ve done plenty of times from the coaching staff, or if there are things that aren’t up to the vision and the standard of how we said we were going to be, we’ve got to be the first ones to show that we’re willing to grow from that because that’s what you expect from your players.”

Marshawn Lynch says he embraced Seattle right away as bars welcomed him with free food and drinks, compared to Buffalo bars where he saw Confederate flags
“It was probably when I first got out there. I get traded and they like, ‘Hey, you got to go.’ I'm thinking it's just like hella white people. I didn't really know that they really had movement and action”
“But when I first got there I go to the bar and, you know, ‘Hey, you the guy we just traded for. Don't worry about it. This on us.’ I'm like, ‘Damn, this different,’ because where I come from in New York, when I get there, they still got Confederate flags in some of the bars that I was going to”
“Seattle, once I got traded there, it was like it was love off the rip”
