I've been covering HS recruits a long time. I've seen great performances and I've seen unbelievable performances. #TCU commit @Kobe7Haynes' game against Groesbeck last Friday was all of it. 745 offensive yards and 10 TDs. I was lucky to be there to catch the action.

Yup this is not a typo.
TCU Commit Kobe Haynes scored 10 TDs vs Groesbeck.
He broke his own school record and was 1 TD shy of tying the state record which is at 11.
Haynes also had a total of 745 yards
Jaw dropping performance by @Kobe7Haynes last night in 2.5 quarters!
Passing
20/32, 501 yards, 6 TDs
Rushing
9 Carries, 244 yards, 4 TDs
OC fumble by me because if my research is correct 11 TDs is the state record… 🥴

Double-digits! @Kobe7Haynes with his 10th TD of the night (6 pass 4 rush). This one to @kjohearn22 who has a nice catch and run to finish the score from 52 yards out. 77-14 Whitney
Here’s a fun JH football stat from the month of October. Whitney 8th grade RB (c/o 2031), Daniel Walter, has 9 carries for 440 yards, 9 TDs. 🫣🤯

Talked to @CoachMXKelly about coming in the locker room and dropping his OU rap for the guys… settled on the fact that we’re both old and none of the kids were born yet and probably haven’t ever heard it. 😂
Thank you @CoachMXKelly for coming to my game last Friday! Can’t wait to be up in Fort Worth!!

The only thing slowing down @Recruit_Whitney’s @Kobe7Haynes is an off week the Wildcats didn’t ask for.
It’s been video-game stuff through six games from the @TCUFootball pledge. #txhsfb @CoachHaynesJr @CoachHightower3 – at Waco, TX
