Varsity @PCHSXC Girls are ready to run in the 🌧️!
- when kids show up with ZERO experience and no running shoes
- Growing a program when your path to state is pretty flipping hard
- getting more women involved… both as athletes AND coaches

Oak Park Cross Country had a great turn out for the first day of our summer camp! A lot of Future Oakies learning about running and finding joy in doing it!
@Northmen_Cval @N2SportsOakPark @Northmen_Track
Just a coach out here trying to keep up 😂💙🩵🤍 #MetroMile Year 3 … thanks #kcrunningcompany for an always awesome night…
Great job Liv Lofh and Mohamed Elgossy in your final @Northmen_Track @Northmen_OPHS race… now off they go to @USM_Athletics
OPXC… your turn next week! Go get some miles in and splash in some puddles!
Next season starts now for all of our athletes at Oak Park love seeing the numbers and energy! Let’s go! @Northmen_OPHS @Northmen_FB
Still catching vibes instead of fish… but Sunday summer date nights for the win!!
I’ve also made friends with a beaver I shall call Bucky…
I watched this screaming at a Taco Bell… couldn’t be more proud!
A look at the first state champion for @PCHSTrack_Field boys since 2018. The Pirates’ 4x400-meter relay finished 1st in final race of Class 5 MSHSAA Track and Field Championships in Jefferson City, breaking a meet record in the event that had stood since 1986.

Congrats MSHSHAA Class 5️⃣ STATE CHAMPIONS @Tychristopher07, Jack Johnson, @JacksonG41082, @Joshua_Fraker
I love State Track so much… seeing all the hard work pay off, making friends with random kids/parents/coaches in the stands… is it just me or do we all tear up??
And the ice cream…
Just getting started 🩵🤍💙
🏆ALL - STATE!🏆
Sophomore Deng Tong earns All-State honors in the Class 5 Boys Long Jump, finishing 8th with a mark of 6.82m!
@DengTong27
#OPState
This was an absolutely INSANE race… only 2 teams outside this Sectional have times under 8:00… top 6 here = top 6 in the state…
Doesn’t make it sting less to not ge root but MAN, these kids should be PROUD! 🧡🖤 @PCHSXC
Blue Springs Sectional - Top 4 advance
This was the fastest 4x8 race in MO state history!
1. Rock - 7:38.75
2. PH South - 7:40.80
3. BS South - 7:43.46
4. LS North - 7:44.61
LS West didn't advance, their time (7:44.74) wins state most years 👀
