Paycen Delmar Ferrell
It’s a boy! Paycen arrived yesterday! 7 lbs 15 oz and healthy! Ashton was great though the whole pregnancy! You’re going to be a great mom! I can’t wait to watch this little guy grow up and share so many memories with him! We love you so much already!!
Couldn’t be more proud of you, Dad. You’ve always done it the right way. You treated people with loyalty, had your teams ready, and cared about your players beyond just ball. This honor has been earned for a long time. Hall of Fame Coach and person! One of the best to ever do it!

She did it! After four years of going back to school and grinding through doctorate school, working as a nurse, spending a TON of nights in the gym studying or doing homework, AND having a baby halfway through - my wife is officially a Nurse Practitioner. Congrats, Doc Ferrell😉
Not surprised. One of the best out there. Works his tail off unselfishly. Nobody deserves it more…and on top of that he’s an even better guy! Congrats @coachnbrill
Little man is TWO! Happy birthday to my guy!!! Glad we have @AshtonFerrell23 to keep us ornery and stubborn Ferrell guys in line!

Congrats Coach!
On January 8th, 2024, The New School defeated County Line 61-51. That incredible game marked the 700th W in Coach David Ferrell’s coaching career and 200th while at The New School.
Thank you for all you’ve done for our basketball program and our community!
700…wow. That’s a big number! Thankful to be a part of some of those wins. One of the best to ever do it! He’s the reason of why I’m a coach! Glad I get to learn and take advice from him daily! Congrats, Dad!
Happy 1st birthday Paycen Delmar Ferrell! So blessed to be able to call you my son. Can’t wait to make so many memories with you in the years to come! (P.s. I am also not mad that we have about 100 toys and the only thing you want to play with is your basketballs!! 🏀)
Not many humans better than Grandpa Doyle! As loyal and supportive as anyone!
