Great weekend going undefeated! We did an amazing job passing the bat throughout the lineup, putting pressure on the defense, and finding ways to score. As a team, we put up 44 runs this weekend, which is huge! Proud of the way we competed and continued to fight together!
I was able to contribute offensively with a good weekend at the plate, finding ways to get on base, get hits, and drive runners in when it mattered most.
Weekend stats:
AVG: .700
OBP: .750
H: 7
RBI: 6

Unfortunately our tournament this past weekend was cut short and we only got 4 games in. Here are some highlights: a home run, a double off a changup and a nice throw down to second! Off this weekend but back at in in Peoria on July 30th! @SilverHawkSball @Coach_McNulty @CoachThijs @CoachHarbecke87

20 games in 11 days….
From Westfield Indiana, Kokomo Indiana to Bourbonnais, Channahon, Oak Park.
An absolute grind is an understatement.
100* temps, finishing top 16 Teams out of 161 in one of the biggest most competitive tourneys the Midwest has to offer.
Making deep runs in bracket play.
These girls beat the hell out of themselves for the love of the game.
Seriously couldn’t do what they do. Athletes… Warriors.
Couldn’t be more proud to be able to coach such an amazing group of girls.
Just an absolute privilege to grind it out with these ladies.
