It’s time to meet the Juniors! It just so happens that the four juniors we have are both sets of twins - pretty cool for them to be able to play with their sister and keeps us coaches on our toes! We’re excited to see the leadership out of these four this season. #nextstep🔥

So thankful for the McCaffery brother’s willingness to deep dive into mental health in athletes. The way to reduce the stigma is to TALK and SHARE experiences with it - this is a huge part of our culture at CSM to ensure our athletes are taking care of all parts of their health.
One of our best episodes yet on an extremely important topic - Mental Health! This idea was suggested to us by a viewer and it was very important to us that we did it. There are serious topics covered so be aware of that when listening - m.youtube.com/channel/UCvRCe…

Happy first day of classes, Flames! 🔥 As a program, it’s important for us to remember our players are STUDENTS first and basketball players second! We see their hard work on and off the court and can’t wait to celebrate all of those successes this year.
So pumped to have all our players here finally!!! It is a good day to be a Flame 😎
Look who’s here 🤩 the Flames have arrived! We got to kick off the year with our first team meeting last night, and we are so excited to finally have them all moved in and ready to work this preseason 💪🏼 #nextstep
