E – Effort / Energy
Bring your best every single day.
A – Attitude / Accountability
Own your actions. Choose your response.
T – Technique / Toughness
Master the details. Stay mentally and physically tough.
Ready… Break… EAT!
When we consistently take care of these three things, improvement isn’t a hope—it’s the expectation.
As coaches, we have to live it before we can teach it. Our players know the difference between words and actions. Authentic leadership creates authentic culture.
Be consistent. Be intentional. Be authentic.

Ryan Coogler opens up about his regrets while working alongside Chadwick Boseman:
"I was about 30 years old, stressed, completely out of my mind, sleep-deprived, convinced that the movie wasn’t going to work. I robbed myself of truly enjoying that privilege — even of sitting there and enjoying the countless Chadwick Boseman takes, because he didn’t have a bad take. So when he passed, I’m like, ‘Oh my God, how much stuff have I not allowed myself to enjoy because I was in my own head — feeling like I was unworthy?'" hollywoodreporter.com/movies…

Sharing my resume a lot lately because I want everyone in this profession to know this: my experience at the D1 level is just part of the story. I will bring the same energy, expertise, and commitment at any level. I want to take care of my family, but my ultimate goal is to be a GM. The level of football doesn’t define me—the work does.
