I’ve been saying this for years. His offense is elite.
He’s now flipped 2 programs from the bottom of their leagues to conference champs.
He’s a home run for whatever D1 program hires him.
Coaches: This was excellent from @CSPBearsMBB @CoachFletchCSP. So much of his offense reminded me of @CoachJayWright @NovaMBB stuff. Especially the guard post-up’s.

🏀 New SG Pod with Concordia St. Paul HC Matt Fletcher
A deep dive into guard-to-guard screening and his Bump / Tap / Hit menu.
Plus how CSP uses those actions to create empty sides, play fast, and keep the offense adaptable to personnel.

This date always brings emotion. Have been working on this book the past year…
It honestly has been rewarding. The few who have read it have said, “I couldn’t put the book down once I started…”
Could use some help with a publisher and how to make the finals steps…

It was fun catching up with Will Kirsch today at the @MN_BCA Senior All Star game. I was lucky enough to coach him at last summer's D-1 showcase. Here he is at today's @drdishbball halftime 3 point shooting contest. It's almost like he has done this before! @NickleDickleBB 😄

@CoachNickPerrin took me under his wing while I was a GA at CSP. He taught me not only about basketball, but also how to grow as a young man. I know he'll continue to do the same for all the young men he’ll have the opportunity to coach. So excited for you and your family!
