Your coach should not have to choose between telling you the truth and protecting your feelings.
If your goals are real, you should want the truth even when it stings.
The feedback that challenges you may be the feedback that changes you.

#Spain — Rayo Vallecano fans, whose team is based in Madrid, the capital of Spain, had travelled to Huelva to watch their team play Recreativo de Huelva in the Copa del Rey on Tuesday, October 27. After Rayo Vallecano won the match 3-2, the fans boarded a train to return to Madrid.
On the morning of Wednesday, October 28, their train heading towards Madrid was stopped. The fans learned about a serious train accident near Urda, in the province of Toledo. The accident site was only about three kilometres away from where they were.
In response, 50 Rayo Vallecano fans, most of them members of the anti-fascist ultras group Bukaneros, called the emergency services and got off the train to help the victims. The fans joined the rescue efforts alongside emergency responders. They helped transport some of the injured and took some of them to the sports hall in Urda, which was being used to receive people with minor injuries.
Respect Bukaneros.

Steve, I’ve never tagged you in a moan before. I know 95% of the times you get tagged on here it’s not justified, and the abuse hurled your way is not on
Putting the on-pitch issues to one side, I am now actively not enjoying the matchday experience at Selhurst

Kamada in midfield over Timber remarkably steady. Can we clone him so he can go back in attack as well?
We have to solve this early game problems…
Fulham, City, Lyon, Brighton (3x), and Forest have all scored inside 17’
We investigated ourselves and found that we did nothing wrong is such a crazy thing to read…every time

As we celebrate Kentucky State women’s basketball player Amina Seck’s release from ICE custody, another HBCU athlete, Quinfang Pang, has recently been detained.
I spoke with his teammates at media day just yesterday, and they were so excited about his return to MVSU.
Let’s continue sharing Quinfang’s story and hope for a swift resolution to the paperwork and visa issues that will hopefully lead to his release.

This afternoon in Marble Hill, a New Yorker was shot by an ICE agent in a residential neighborhood. Early reports indicate agents surrounded him and a 5-year-old child in his car before firing multiple rounds. We believe the child was physically unharmed.
This is an unconscionable and incredibly serious situation. I have called the President; when we speak I will demand that he ends all ICE enforcement actions in our city. I will not stand by while ICE agents terrorize our communities.
Our thoughts are with the injured New Yorker and his family tonight. We are praying for his recovery.
Get ICE out of our neighborhoods. Get ICE out of our hospitals. Get ICE off our streets. Get ICE away from our children.
Abolish ICE.

Ms. Rachel blasts Republican Christian hypocrisy: “Let’s be a more Christian nation and take away SNAP benefits. Let’s be a more Christian nation and put our neighbors and put the strangers in detention centers. Let’s make more and more money and not help others and let’s deny people’s healthcare. But the SNAP thing, that just breaks me. You’re gonna complain about a child having enough food?”

The forward still scores. Match over. 3-2
