I’ve known @AndreWrightJr2 since he was 13 years old, and his dream was always to play Division I basketball. He trusted the process, spent three years at D2 Anderson University, earned All-American honors, and now he’s playing D1 basketball at Campbell University! Tonight, he takes the court against NC State. Everyone’s journey is different. Trust the process and RUN YOUR RACE! 🏀💯

@Polk_Athletics Basketball and Coach @Mospeights16 started the season strong on Friday with a 104-40 win over Warner University JV! We had a friendly bet where I said that the team wouldn’t make four dunks by the end of the game — a stat they achieved in the first half alone and that resulted in 50 pushups for me. Shout-out to the Winter Haven Rotary Club for coming out to support our Eagles!

Great test tonight in our scrimmage against a top-ranked Florida Southern team! We created plenty of good opportunities but came up short 96-90. Proud of the way our guys competed and battled until the end! A lot of positives to build on and plenty of areas to improve. We’ll learn, grow, and be better! Great preparation for our season opener on Friday! 🦅🦅🦅🏀@PolkStateHoops

Tiago Splitter is off to such a great start, man. This is exactly the kind of accountability and attention to detail that a young team needs to flourish. I think his style resonates with this squad, looking forward to a lot more of this.
