🚨JOB OPENING🚨
We’ve have an opening in our staff. We’re looking for an energetic person who is willing to put the players 1st. This is a preferred pitching background & knowledge of baseball technology. However, overall we want the best person for the job. 1/2

I see all these posts from senior baseball players about being sad, upset that their careers are over, that they won’t get to “play with their brothers anymore”
I know some kids truly feel that way, but I’m seeing these post from kids who skipped workouts, complained about their teammates, caused too many issues to count….
Are you really sad bro? Or are you just trying to trend?

Kids today have an absorbent amount of lack of discipline, accountability, and respect. This has led to an epidemic of unteachable/uncoachable children. Parents, educators, and coaches must to do a better job at instilling these essential values.
