When I find the words, I'll use them. This has absolutely shattered me. I watched and cheered for your last play on the livestream today, doing what you LOVE, and fought so hard to come back to. The pleasure is forever mine, Uno @micahjo2121. To his family, to @JewellFootball, the city of Liberty.... I love you all. May God bring you the utmost peace and comfort. 💔💔💔 – at Ithaca, NY

College football player MicahJo Barnett has sadly passed away moments after he scored a touchdown in Liberty, Missouri. The game was suspended after Barnett reportedly collapsed on the sidelines. Barnett was taken by an ambulance to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead. “William Jewell College and the Liberty community mourn the passing of MicahJo Barnett. Our thoughts and prayers are with MicahJo’s family, teammates, friends, coaches, and faculty and staff,” William Jewell said. Devastating. Pray for his family.
