Hitting with @ali44newland this week. She says the trick is to stay calm when the ball is coming back at you!
Thankful to train with this amazing human and for hitting screens! 😆
Ready for my fall season with @Coach_HCole and @CardinalsNatl

I had a great time guest playing this past weekend with Knockouts Adams/Cole to get reps while my @CardinalsNatl team is on break. I was able to get 7 innings of work in, accumulating 9 strikeouts over the weekend at the 16/18U PGF Carolina Premier Fastpitch Labor Day Team Camp Showcase Tournament in Rock Hill, SC.

It was great to get some swings in with @ali44newland last night. Worked on staying grounded and swinging with my core.

Putting in the work to increase my bat speed and exit velocity. 🥎💪
Today’s training includes 20, 3-Rep sets with an overweight wood training bat, followed by 3-Rep Sets with my game bat. Building strength, speed, and explosiveness one swing at a time 🔥
