Do it in spring ball and summer. Not in season. More time in spring
Touched a nerve with this one.
Have heard from several coaches who absolutely love this idea (and do it).
Have heard from several coaches who say this is the most inefficient thing they can imagine and it would drive most coaches insane

Most football staffs don’t fail because of talent.
They fail because:
• No clear structure
• No defined roles
• No consistent communication
So I built a Coaching Staff Manual and I’m giving it to every coach 👇
If you want it:
1. Follow @GridironHQ
2. Like + Repost
3. Comment “MANUAL”
I’ll send you the copyable version.

The Digital Equipment Room is helping programs across the country get their equipment organized and tracked better than ever before.
Here's some feedback from @Coach_Homie on how it's impacted their equipment room at Lakeside High School in Arkansas!

Grateful for the opportunity to participate in the PDA Combine. Finished with 40 Total points, was ranked in the Top 20 of 71 players which lead to me being chosen to participate in the Top 20 All Star Game. #agtg

Update* The official reported that I came onto the court and argued his calls while using profanity profusely. The other 2 officials on the crew both told the assignor that he was not telling the truth. I appealed the ejection and was denied because “it was not a physical act”😂
Had an official tell me last night that I need to get a whistle since I want to call the game. I told him “I can” and I got ejected!!!😂😂😂
