One of the all timers! It’s not how big you are, it’s how big you play #competitor#baller#pcWEoverme
Had to check in on my @PCnowisthetime fam to let y’all know that the corporate life didn’t change me & I’m still out here working w/ y’all. S/o to the LEGEND @GenoPierce for teaching me how to find a way regardless of the circumstances #StateChampsSquatJumps

We love using body weight crawls with all of our athletes young and old! This week's #PCTrainingTipTuesday takes a look at a way that we can progress the traditional leopard crawl for our more advanced athletes.
Thanks to our partners @IntekStrength!
Teams to remember WIN in December. Let’s go get it!
