62% of D2 football players that entered the transfer portal have retired. 79% of D3 athletes. 🤯 The grass isn’t always greener on the other side.

If you get an offer from a university and they put out a release, then your “For You” fills with 10-15 others that are also recent, you gotta ask yourself do they really care about me. 25 years ago a Coach told me go where you feel wanted, if you feel like a notch, it ain’t it.

RECRUITS: Some of the best decisions you can make: ✅Choose development over hype. ✅Choose accountability over comfort. ✅Choose long-term growth over short-term attention.

So saddened by the loss of former @vikings TE Joe Senser, one of the classiest, most loving people I’ve ever known. Had the privilege of spending my first five years calling Vikes games with Joe & he taught me so much, so fast. This hurts. May God rest your soul, “Uncle Joe.”

The toughest opponent you’ll ever face? You. Mike Tomlin knows it. “This is a man versus himself battle.” Great players don’t wait for competition to push them. They push themselves. Every. Single. Day.

Nick Saban's definition of mental toughness. "What does it take to break you?" Not how loud you are. Not how talented you are. Not how confident you look. It’s your response when things go wrong. What breaks you? nitter.cf/SECNetwork/status/1958…

You can have what every feeling you have and you can still be true to yourself while showing compassion and understanding. This applies to everything.
