A great speech on Saturday can help your team, but your teamās identity takes shape in how you show up Monday through Friday.
Your players learn what matters through their daily experience of being coached by you.
Give them a message worth hearing AND give them evidence of it throughout the week.

There is ZERO reason to cuss at high school athletes.
Why has this been normalized?
If you were to cuss at a KID in a classroom, youād be (or should be) fired. What makes the sporting context okay?
And God forbid a kid cuss at a coach.
