Binance Recovery Update #9 says withdrawals for selected assets will reopen progressively from Nov. 6 at 04:00 UTC across networks including BSC, Base, Ethereum, Optimism and Arbitrum. Availability will roll out only after security and readiness checks, so not every listed asset is immediately withdrawable. Deposits remain open; users should verify the specific network and asset status before submitting a withdrawal.

Binance says its security incident involved ~$6.34B in assets. It began with fake recruitment interviews and malware, spreading via a compromised AI tool into wallet-signing systems. ~$2.85B was frozen or intercepted; users won't bear losses. Independent review is pending.

Curve's StableSwap is live on Stellar mainnet—its first native non-EVM deployment. The initial release supports creating and finding pools, swaps and liquidity provision. FXSwap, a separate cross-currency tool, still awaits an audit and is not part of this launch.
