💛💙⚡️
This past weekend we played in the Starz Gold Fall Showcase. Although Saturday’s competition was cancelled because of rain, we were lucky enough to get 3 games in on Sunday. We left the weekend 3-0, out scoring our opponents 17-4. Our girls are looking 🔥🔥🔥
⚡️STAT SHOUTOUT⚡️
Offense:
Lily Gold @LilyGold2028 batted an impressive .750🤯 with 2 double and 2 RBI’s
Defense:
Our entire pitching staff @makennagray28 @paytonpeele12 @ColbieHarmon29 @AshlynPetty2029 held it down with 10.2 IP, only 9 hits, and 11 K’s 🥶
The bats were hot, the circle was locked down, and this group continues to make noise! ⚡️💛💙
Working on a quicker arm whip and staying stacked to build more explosiveness in the ⭕️!
Excited to play with @LLG_VA ⚡️this weekend in PA. Ready to compete!

⚡️🚨Schedule Drop 🚨⚡️
Excited to be back on the field with my @LLGPremier16u team this weekend at the Starz Gold Fall Showcase!
First tournament since breaking my glove side arm and I couldn’t be more thrilled to get back out there and compete!
📍Diamonds at Ironbridge
6600 White Pine Road
Richmond VA 23237
First practice back and facing live batters since breaking my arm. Felt great being back on the mound, focusing on spin, location and building confidence. Thankful for a younger catcher who stepped in for our regular catcher and got some valuable reps!
Getting stronger every day and gearing up for the Starz Gold Fall Showcase this weekend! 🍂🥎

Cast is OFF! 🙌🏼
Yesterday was a big step forward and I was back in the bullpen with my glove on for the first time since my injury.
Definitely an adjustment getting used to my glove again and rebuilding strength in my glove-slide arm and wrist. Kept things simple, focusing on fastballs and drop balls while getting comfortable with my mechanics again.
Feels great to be one step closer to 100%!!! #trusttheprocess

Cast or no, the work continues 💪
Another bullpen in the books, focusing on staying stacked over my backside, creating a firm front side and not letting my chest lead too early.
Counting down the days until the cast comes off but still finding ways to keep improving every rep.

A cast is not stopping me from putting in the work! 💪
Today’s pitching focus:
➡️ Sloped mound to exaggerate weight shift & strength front side resistance
➡️ Lighter ball to increase arm speed
➡️ Long jumps to build explosive leg drive

Not the update I expected to share this fall, but staying positive!
I recently fractured my glove-side arm playing softball. Thankfully, I’m still able to practice pitching - my catcher just has to roll it back for now.
Focusing on what I can control, continuing to work, and looking forward to getting back to 100% soon!
Also grateful for the opportunity to grow and connect with my team and coaches at the @Org_LLG Summit this weekend!

Strong start to our first tournament! We went 2-1 with two run-rule wins before weather 🌧️cut the weekend short. Loved teaming up with my teammate @paytonpeele12 for a combined 9-0 shutout! 💪
