Crazy to think that when we wake up we are half a million away from where we went to sleep. I’m glad we’re all in this together.
We were taught that Earth orbits the Sun in a closed circle. In reality, Earth has never returned to the same point in space once in 4.5 billion years.
Right now, the Sun is carrying Earth and every planet around the center of the Milky Way at 230 km/s (828,000 km/h), more than 18,000 kilometers every 80 seconds.
Because the Solar System is tilted 60.2° to the galactic plane and bobs up and down through the galactic disc roughly every 30 million years, the planets trace open 3D corkscrew helices across deep space rather than flat loops.
The last time the Sun stood where it stands today, one Galactic Year (230 million years) ago, the very first dinosaurs were only beginning to appear on Earth. Since forming 4.6 billion years ago, our Sun has completed only 20 laps.
The world would be a dramatically different and better place if we spent more time educating people on how the Internet works. It influences nearly every aspect of our lives yet most people have no idea how information is moved around between computers and it’s seriously impacting our ability to be productive.
I gave Grok Build a video of a client showing a bug and asked it to explain to me what it understood from the video. It nailed it. This is a super useful unlock since clients are bad at explaining their issues so I ask them for videos.
Attended my first nutraceutical industry golf networking event. Yep, I'm still bad at this sport but it's super fun. Looking forward to having time and money to get better at it some day. Until then, back to work.
"We're getting views from Starship via Starlink while it's floating in the Indian Ocean after traveling through space".
What a launch! I can't wait for the future!
This is why @elonmusk is trying to get AI compute in space so we can keep doing all this stuff
Under 90 minutes to get this app out the door. This is number 2 of 12 as part of my 12 apps in 12 days goal. I’ll a little behind but still time to catch up! reaction-video.onrender.com/
Thanks for the idea @ToddLlewellyn
And the biggest barrier to AI continues to be humans unable/unwilling to think differently. I believe most of it is genuine lack of understanding but people seem to be so overwhelmed with their workload to be able to learn how to do things faster. How do I help these people?
Day 1 of the 12 in 12 challenge. 12 products in 12 days. Started simple with a habit tracking app for individuals and groups. What would you add? Next upgrade on my list would be to make it mobile native with RubyNative by @joemasilotti
I'm building a new platform for my software customers to interact with my AI employee agents.
Meet "Goose". He's the main AI point of contact for customers, the wingman.
Thoughts? Too cheesy or does it make the experience feel more exciting?
Next million dollar AI business idea...
...counseling for ADHD tokenmaxxers that no longer sleep. I don't know how long I can maintain this pace.
