Today I wanted to share more about how and why we created RevelCode, our programming language specifically designed for controlling hardware systems.
Every control system has a language at its core, but the available options have severe tradeoffs across ease of use, performance, and safety.
What if a language existed with Python's accessibility, the performance of C++ or Rust, and runtime safety guarantees built in, all at once?
RevelCode delivers exactly that. It’s incredibly easy to use, runtime-safe, and highly performant. At first this was a bet, but today it's in daily use by hundreds of engineers building the next generation of great hardware companies.

One week update: Two capsules on orbit, all systems nominal. W-8 and W-9 are zooming, and so are we. Here's a look inside our new mission control with our operators at the consoles.

Here is what is going on here:
-shipping containers full of B300’s = modular data center , many different sizes and specs
-we can drop ship these anywhere in the world on a moments notice
-you can have an emergency, a conflict, a low latency use case, a need for control and sovereignty or to run air-gapped……you can imagine all the scenarios
-So Armada provides the physical infrastructure to host the compute, Nvidia provides the compute (and in this case the Nemotron base model) and Palantir provides the ability to deploy, manage, (locally fine tune models) and orchestrate intelligence in literally any environment in the world.
-it’s really really f’ing cool
-you have 3 🐐 and the picture of Sovereign AI

Palantir 🤝 Armada are bringing sovereignty to every layer of the stack, not just from chips to Ontology, but now down to the physical infrastructure (and location) beneath them.

Here’s a quick rundown of our payloads:
W-8:
- Canopy Aerospace’s Smart TPS-F to measure reentry using fiber-optic sensors.
- Next-generation thermal protection materials funded through two partners: a government program, and the @AFResearchLab, which funds payloads through the Prometheus program.
W-9:
- Navigation system designed to collect data during hypersonic flight.
- Additional heatshield materials from @syensqo.
More vehicles, more returns, more data, double the fun.

Today, we’re announcing Varda’s $250M Series D raise, bringing the total amount of capital raised to $598 million with a $1.6B valuation.
This funding will help us build more vehicles, grow pharmaceutical partnerships, and advance toward the first medicine manufactured in space for patients on Earth.
We started Varda to build space drug factories. Going quite well; drugs headed to clinic.
Turns out our capsule can also deliver cargo anywhere on Earth. Nice edge for Varda: we've actually flown our spacecraft vs pitching renders.
$51.8m this year + $48.8m requested next year!

Bringing Swarms of Gameras to life meant building three things at once: the aircraft, the factory, and the autonomy and command and control stack that allows a true swarm to be operated all at once.
Swarm CEO & Co-Founder Peter Kalogiannis joined @tbpn this week to walk through the four years of work that led to our big reveal at @AFA_Air_Space's Air, Space & Cyber Conference last week.

Six missions flown, three more vehicles at the launch site, and two heavyweights joining Varda: Steve Layne as CRO and Aaron Huber as CFO.
Their job is to fund the world’s first orbital manufacturing fleet and deliver space-made pharmaceuticals to patients.

Meet Gamera, a new category of Group 5 strike and sensing UAS that we unveiled at @AFA_Air_Space's Air, Space & Cyber Conference today.
Mass-producible, significantly lower cost than legacy platforms, and the first UAS specifically designed to employ bomber-class strike munitions such as LRASM/JASSM-ER, Gamera delivers all of the capabilities needed in the next generation of UAS, at 10X lower cost-per-effect than legacy approaches to strike. With over 9,000 nautical miles of unrefueled range, Gamera's unique combination of low cost, large payload, and long range does not exist in any other UAS.
Since 2022, Swarm has been designing and building Gamera to provide the low-cost persistent strike and sensing that the @usairforce's Massed Modular Aircraft program is now seeking, making the force more capable, survivable, and effective, and renewing U.S. dominance of the skies.

Just one day after setting up Revel, an intern at @OrbitalOps_ was already using it to independently run 40 hot-fires.
Orbital Operations is developing a high-delta-V, high-thrust rocket vehicle around a first-of-its-kind cryogenic propellant management system to unlock rapid mobility across LEO, GEO, and beyond.
Fresh out of @ycombinator Combinator W25, their small team—half of them interns—needed test software that could move as fast as they did.
Before Revel, Orbital Ops had never run a test. They had no data recording, no automated sequencing, and no software team to build either.
With Revel, they now:
• Run dozens of tests in a day
• Give interns ownership of entire engine subsystems
• Operate five-plus test cells daily, up from a single test cart
All without a single software hire.
Thanks to @BenSchleuniger, Ross Doherty, @nicosuave9, Dane Patten, @stefan_salaices, and the rest of the Orbital Ops team for the partnership.
