"A viral video filmed on Halloween night in the Winding Ridge community on Indianapolis’ northeast side is raising questions about large gatherings of young people taking over residential neighborhoods.
The footage shows numerous vehicles, crowds of people, and activity stretching along a residential street. The woman who shared the video, Jasmine A. Elliott, called on parents to come get their children, claiming many of the young people admitted they didn’t even live in the neighborhood.
The Halloween gathering comes as Indianapolis continues to face concerns over large, unplanned youth gatherings, particularly those organized through social media. Residents have raised questions about parental supervision, neighborhood safety, and what can be done when large groups of young people converge on residential streets."

HOLY CRAP 🚨: Federal agents arrested Mahender Makhijani, a 44-year-old Indian national and lawful permanent U.S. resident, this morning at his multimillion-dollar home in Corona del Mar, California, for allegedly defrauding a bank of nearly $100M.
As the controller of Newport Beach-based Cantor Group V LLC, Makhijani allegedly falsified title insurance policies and loan documents using Adobe software from September 2024 to April 2025 to conceal senior liens and secure advances on riskier collateral.
The scheme funded a lavish lifestyle of private jets, supercars, two mansions, and extravagant parties.
If convicted he faces up to 30 years in prison.

A boy followed a girl with a knife, st*bbed her over and over, and the judge told him prison was the “last place” he should be.
Her name can’t be released. She’s 14 years old.
Neither can his. British law protects them both.
The judge’s name is Ian Lawrie KC.
Back in December 2025, the girl turned the boy down from a date.
In March, in Cirencester, he waited for her near a shop and asked her out again.
She said no again.
So he followed her... with a knife in his pocket.
He st*bbed her at least 10 times. Her neck. Her hands. Her face.
A shopkeeper tried to step in, so he st*bbed the shopkeeper too.
The judge himself called the attack “premeditated, persistent and terrifying.”
And then he told the boy: “You’re a bright lad; I’m going to impose a curfew. My own view is custody is the last place you should be.”
At an earlier hearing, he said 14-year-olds “tend to be a little bit temperamental.”
Then gave him ZERO DAYS IN PRISON!!!!!!!!!!!
Just a 12-month referral order and a 3-year restraining order.
No prison sentence. At all.
Her mother called it “DISGUSTING.”
