Tune in to CBC's The Signal on Radio One this Monday to hear from People with Lived and Living Experience of food insecurity.
They're sharing some of the cost-of-living conversations they're having with friends and neighbours as we head into the colder months.

I have never seen such demand for help this season. Been doing this for 20 plus years. Seniors, families, students and everyone else. It’s overwhelming honestly. Please if you are able to donate even $10-$20 to your local food bank, @CommunityCareMP , SPANL or any grassroots org.
