@SW_Help I bring a full size bike from Portsmouth to Waterloo, arriving on a weekday at 8:00am.
Your map says no restrictions on doing so, your on train announcement is causes aggressive looks at me as it says no non folding bikes are permitted. Please revise the on train message
@SW_Help your own app says the train I am on has left Guildford, when I look out the window Guildford is still there, roughly 15 minutes after the App says we have left, good grief your information is rubbish. Any idea why we are running late? Should I believe anything you say?

8 is not enough, try removing 1/3 of your office desks, chairs, etc or taking one seat out of your car and see how that works for you!

@SW_Help any reason you can鈥檛 get the formation information right, I can run up and down the platform, disabled are less able to do this. The train I am on has 1st at carriage 1 - not as shown on your information screen.
