🧵 We’re encouraged that today’s #Budget2023 has made some steps towards supporting people facing hardship.
But, there is more work to be done ⤵️

ALT Photo shows two hands around a coffee cup and a hand from another person next to them filling in a form. The photo shows a food bank volunteer taking someone through support that can be offered from the food bank. A quote on top reads: "This winter has been incredibly challenging for people on the lowest incomes, and for many it has deepened the hardship they have already been facing for some time." - By Emma Revie, Chief Executive at the Trussell Trust
A big thank you to @maxwell_hodge Formby branch who have chosen us as their Charity of the Year for 2023!
