This was among the important questions explored at the launch of our Corporate Plan 2026–2032, where we welcomed Chris Pond, Chair of the Financial Services Consumer Panel. Chris brought valuable experience of championing consumer interests in financial services, adding to discussions on effective representation, fair treatment and the importance of consumer perspectives in policy and regulation.
