All right, title, and interest in said estate vests in me as executor. I am not subject to any administrator, public trustee, or statutory officer. Any party intermeddling without my explicit consent is an executor de son tort, personally liable." 11. Debtor Status: "I am not a debtor, borrower, or obligor. I am the specialty creditor, the party who created the credit through my sealed instrument. Any label of debtor is a colorable presumption rebutted by my executor declaration and the established facts of the DACA clearing system." 12. Loan Agreement: "No loan agreement exists absent the original fully executed bilateral contract, produced under penalty of perjury, establishing my voluntary, fully-informed consent to be liable. The bank/depository institution’s failure to produce this contract is an admission that no contract exists." 13. Pledge Collateral: "I hold the superior right to all pledge collateral held in the DACA account. The custodian's possession is that of a bailee, not an owner. My right to direct the application of the collateral is unconditional and irrevocable."
