Working on gear 2 to increase force production and acceleration. Hit a PR of 11.9. Still a lot to clean up before summer camps hit. Stacking brick by brick

We’re not just chasing speed—we’re building big, powerful shapes during acceleration.
Gear 2 on the SHREDmill provides the ideal resistance to develop efficient, forceful strides. It balances force and form, allowing athletes to dial in starting mechanics while maximizing drive-phase output.
The goal isn’t just to move fast, but to accelerate with control and explosiveness, building strength and speed endurance over time.
Force + form = more speed.
We’re getting better every time we step on the SHREDmill
