A look into how we use @TrajektSports on a bat to ball day at @DrivelineBB AZ.
We can design the environment individually using the pitch type and training bat to drive the mechanical and path adaptation each hitter is working on.
Example: @CooperWhitton hitting high ride RH FBs with the long bat to promote an earlier coil in his load to set him up to get his hips open into foot plant. ☄️☄️
Next we talked about our bat to ball days. The focus shifts to producing quality ball flight. We use mixed pitch tunnels most often on these days so we can train bat to ball and swing decisions at the same time. We can also have each hitter see the pitch type that best drives the bat path adjustment he’s working on.
Trajekt lets us train mechanics, bat path, and swing decisions in an environment that’s as close to game-like as it gets. This conversation took place during the college summer, but the same holds true for pros this offseason.

TATER TIME!
After #UCLA took a 2-0 lead in B1, #LoyolaMarymount gets one back as Cooper Whitton jumps all over a high FB and drives a moon shot out to LF for a solo HR in T2.

After 3 years at UW, @CooperWhitton wasn't satisfied with his on-field performance. One month of hard work at Driveline led to a 3mph jump in exit velocity and a dominant summer ball season. Be on the lookout for big things to come during Coop's next chapter at @lmulionsBSB!

🚨One To Watch: Cooper Whitton🚨
After a tough spring at UW, Coop came back to @DrivelineBB determined to bounce back.
The result? One of the most impressive summer performances I’ve seen.

💥Struggle to Turn Behind the Ball?💥
The Step Back No-Stride is a great way to learn to load with 2 feet in the ground
The added bat between the feet is to help @CooperWhitton feel himself rotate from the middle of his body
