Ricardo Paco, Service Improvement Lead in the Lean Transformation Office @stjamesdublin is our first shortlisted NOCA Quality Improvement Champion Award 2024 speaker. He presents on their project which sought to implement an Electronic Clinical Pathway (ECP) for patients presenting with hip fractures to the Emergency Department. Targeted the communication gaps, by creating an automated response on all of the steps of the process. Shows the target time in each step of the patient journey. #NOCA2024
