The day I hoped would never come has come. My fiancée has found out about my $XPL investment. I had kept hit hidden from her for months. The money she thought we had, for our house, our kids, went down by 91%. I've never seen her so mad in my life. She just called off the wedding. Thank you @Plasma for ruining my life.

Choppy markets expose psychology more than skill. Seen a lot of this going round, most notably: 1) Sunk Cost Fallacy: You keep holding because you’ve already "come this far". The entry price becomes an emotional anchor. Instead of assessing new information, you defend an old decision. 2) Doubling Down Bias: You average down to avoid the pain of being wrong. Good traders add to strength, not weakness. 3) Recency Bias: The latest move feels like the new trend. A few bad days and people call it the top; a green candle and they scream reversal. 4) Confirmation Bias: You start filtering what you read to protect your ego. Every chart, narrative, or tweet becomes evidence you’re still right. 5) Loss Aversion: pain of losing outweighs the rational choice to cut. You’d rather "wait for BE” than reallocate to something with better odds. That’s how opportunity cost compounds silently. — If you don’t assess yourself during these periods, the market will do it for you - through drawdowns, missed rotations, and pain you could’ve avoided.

I do not practice risk management. I do not take initials. I do not scale in. I allocate 1/3 of my portfolio to each play in a single market buy, and if it doesn’t work I KILL myself.

i am reviving the #metoo movement for $xpl victims yes, getting sexually harrassed by a man is awful and whatever, but you don't understand real pain until you open a 3x lev long on plasma, the entire timeline comments "trillions", writes phd theses on the bull case, you continue to increase your position as the price drops and now plasma is under $1 there was so much hope. i am not giving up, yet, i still have hope that it will bounce similar to pump but i ain't gonna lie i got turbo raped if you are reading this, plasma, i am not upset with you. you win some, you lose some, it's all good. also i am not losing money, i was early enough that i am only losing unrealised gains but let me be ABUNDENDTLY clear: you better pump dat nigga to $2 or @celestia will look at my rage against you and think "that's messed up"

I gathered 8k from friends because honestly anything sub 3k in crypto is borderline impossible to run up. Back in January I literally all ined 10 ai coins in a row and went from 8k to 300k. I then all ined and sold trump top at average price of 65 from buy price of 8 and was 2.6 mil. Quite literally the most aggresive playstyle ever because I never failed an all in once this year and my first halving from pump was my first fail but then I held on and made it a profitable trade. This is absolutely retarded but I was so locked in I was absolutely confident in every play I all ined and should not be replicated

I think after the last 48h, it’s worth going over tilt in trading. Tilt isn’t just about losing money. It’s about losing control - chasing losses, ignoring risk, sizing up recklessly, or flipping bias back and forth because the market isn’t behaving how you expected. It’s the moment when the trade is no longer about the setup but about getting even. --- Why Tilt Happens Tilt isn’t random. It’s your brain reacting to stress and uncertainty in predictable ways. A few key reasons: - Loss Aversion – Losses feel twice as painful as equivalent gains feel good. You aren’t trying to make money; you’re trying to erase pain. - Amygdala Hijack – The emotional part of your brain takes over, making fast, emotional decisions instead of rational ones. - Recency Bias – The last few trades shape your expectations too much. A losing streak can make you believe you’re doomed, causing even worse decision-making. - Sunk Cost Fallacy – You hold onto a bad trade because you’ve “already lost too much to close now.” - Ego Depletion – Trading is mentally draining. After enough stress, your discipline collapses, and emotions take the wheel. --- How to Fight Tilt Tilt isn’t something you can fully eliminate, but you can manage it: - Predefine Your Limits – Have a max loss per session. When you hit it, walk away. No exceptions. - Detach from P&L – Think in probabilities. A loss isn’t failure; it’s part of the process. - Step Away – If you feel emotional, stop trading. The next trade will still be there. - Lower Size – If you’re tilted but still trading, at least reduce size. Don’t nuke your account on an impulse. - If You’re Successful, You Know You Can Come Back – This is a big one. If you’ve been profitable over time, you’ve already proven you can win. There’s no rush. One bad session doesn’t define you. The ability to step away and reset is part of what makes a trader successful long-term. --- The worst tilt trades always feel like they have to be taken- that’s the tell. When you catch yourself feeling that urgency, it’s probably time to do nothing.

Why the fuck we having coins run to hundreds of millions in 15 mintues and then perma bleeding. And coins running to 40 mill in 5 minutes then topping to 0 soon after. This is the most hardcore pvp pumpfun meta i've ever seen.

Takes at least 3 crypto cycles to make life changing money and not fumble it. Problem is crypto gets to its fair value within this or next cycle. New participants are truly exit liquidity.
