I'm just going to say it. Somebody has to. Halloween is stupid now. It's a massive overhyped commercial event. There’s nothing simple about it anymore. It’s all about the money. Stores start putting up the displays in July. July! And let’s be real. Kids do not need more candy. When we were young, candy came a few times a year: Christmas rribbo candy on your grandma’s coffee table, a sucker on Valentine’s Day, the Easter basket, and a single evening of trick-or-treating. That was it. Now kids can get candy delivered any hour of the day, and our kids are already overweight. The last thing they need is a 5-gallon bucket full of jumbo size candy bars. It used to be a simple little outing around the neighborhood with your drugstore costume and plastic mask. You would wait for your parents to get home and walk you around to knock on the neighbors’ doors. And then you came home and dumped your candy out on the table and traded back-and-forth with your siblings for fun size milk duds and smarties and Reese’s, and then you went to bed and your parents went through your candy and took out the “bad ones” and that was that. What happened to that? How did we lose our way? Now Halloween goes on for weeks and weeks. The excitement and anticipation of that night is gone. People drive their kids in from other neighborhoods, you have no idea who’s knocking at your door, and you can spend well over $100 providing candy for strangers. And we somehow feel obligated to hand out the expensive stuff. The real winner here is Big Sugar. So tell me, am I wrong, or did we ruin Halloween? Do you still hand out candy in your neighborhood, how much do you generally spend, and how many pieces of candy do you hand out? And if you stopped participating, I’d love to hear why.

Pure evil in the world.....all around us
🚨🚨 DHS INVESTIGATION: Migrant children raped 600-700 times. Becerra enabled this. He dismantled checks supposed to make sure the 450,000 migrant kids in his "care" were sent to loving homes. Instead they were sent to child sex and labor traffickers. DISQUALIFYING.

🚨WOW!!! A 5-year-old boy saw his grandma collapse on the floor and not get up... ...so he took his 3-year-old little sister by the hand, ran down a gravel road looking for help, flagged down a truck, and SAVED HIS NANA’S LIFE!!! His name is Hudson Tenn, he’s FIVE years old, from Cottrellville Township, Michigan. This past summer, Hudson and his little sister Harper were home with their grandma, Terri. ...then something went terribly wrong. Hudson: “Nana was shaking honestly and then she fell down and didn’t get back up.” She was unconscious. So, what did a 5-year-old do in that moment? Hudson went looking for Nana’s car keys... so he could DRIVE for help. 😂 “I tried getting the keys to take her car but couldn’t find them so I ran down the street.” So he grabbed his little sister and headed out, the two of them walked down a gravel road, almost straight through the woods. That’s when neighbors Jason Markel and his son Colton spotted them and pulled over. Before Hudson flagged them down, he made sure his 3-year-old sister was SAFE first. Colton: “When he flagged us down he put his sister on the side of the road first!” FIVE. YEARS. OLD. The Markels called 911 right away and hudson climbed in the truck and directed them straight back to the house. Jason looked through the door and saw Terri lying on the floor, unconscious. Then St. Clair County Sheriff’s deputies arrived. One of the family dogs was crouched over Terri, protecting her, so deputies had to safely move the dog to another room before EMS could get to work. Terri was rushed to the hospital and I'm happy to say that today she is OKAY!!! ❤️ Jason says he doesn’t know what would have happened if those kids had to walk all the way to the main road. Terri knows exactly who to thank. “I think it was all God. He put the right people there at the right time.” And about her grandson? “He’s my hero, what 5-year-old would’ve thought to do what he did? And he did!” On Wednesday, township officials and the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office presented Hudson with an AWARD FOR BRAVERY. GOD BLESS Hudson Tenn and GOD BLESS the Markels. THIS IS THE AMERICA I KNOW!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

The calf was born last night. The bear showed up this morning... Our donkey went at it before the cow even knew it was there. Braying, rearing, kicking. The bear went back into the woods and the calf stood up for the first time right after.
